Fall 2009 Jog-a-Thon
by Brett Edwards
November 6th, 2009

Dressed in almost every imaginable color and with nearly every possible adornment, the ACCA student body celebrated the 2009 jog-a-thon in grand style. Blue skies and a bright sun provided great conditions for some serious jogging. Ms. Byrne's Pre-K class fired up the crowd with their fireman outfits. The 4th and 5th grade class, led by their fearless leader Ms. Scott, put on their capes and soared around the track. The crazy haired secondary school once again rocked the crowd with their phenomenal entrance, dance and lip sync.
Mrs. Deal's Pre-K class ran straight through a full house of fans displaying their card-ridden orange shirts. Looking sharp in their white togas, Mrs. Grote's Grecian Olympians were not horsing around as they skipped, hopped and hustled around the parking lot. All classes and students showed great school spirit and gave exceptional effort all to help raise money for ACCA's fine arts program. Thanks to all that supported the event!
